ONE-TIME PROJECTS UNDER A SEPARATE SOW FOLLOW THE REFUND TERMS IN THAT SOW. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY APPLY UNLESS THE SOW SAYS IT DOES.
These are the only cases where the guarantee doesn’t apply. No surprises buried in fine print.
If you signed a change order mid-engagement to add features, modify deliverables, or re-skin after design approval, fees attributable to those changes are not refundable.
Paid ad spend, third-party software licenses, domain fees, stock assets, SSL certs — refunded only to the extent the upstream provider refunds us.
Hours billed under a separately approved T&M arrangement are not subject to this guarantee.
Monthly care fees billed after the first month (or after Day 31 of the SLA, whichever comes later) are non-refundable.
If we terminate under Terms § 11 for material breach (non-payment, scope abuse, prohibited use), refunds do not apply.
If genuine force majeure prevents delivery, we work with you on a delivery extension. Refund eligibility is decided case-by-case in good faith.
Email admin@peregrineio.com from your contracting email address with subject "Guarantee request — [Your Company Name]" and a reference to the SLA scope items you believe weren’t met.
You’ll get a confirmation that the request is logged and the engagement is paused while we review.
We compare the SLA scope to delivered work and the eligibility conditions on this page. Most reviews complete in 5 business days; complex multi-month engagements may take longer.
If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If denied, we send a written explanation citing the specific eligibility condition or exclusion that applies.
This is a conditional guarantee — not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. We will not refund based on subjective dissatisfaction with deliverables that match the scope you approved. We don’t guarantee business outcomes; software outcomes depend on factors outside our control (your operational baseline, team adoption, market conditions).
Any agency claiming “lifetime satisfaction guarantee” on custom software work is either misrepresenting their terms or running a refund-arbitrage business model. We don’t.
