We build custom operations platforms, client portals, and marketing systems for service businesses in Aurora, Colorado and Houston, Texas. Two states, one standard.
Peregrine IO started in 2024 in Houston, building one custom platform at a time for operators who had outgrown spreadsheets and shrunk-down SaaS. Our first client (a carpet cleaner with four trucks) is still our reference point: every system we build should help an operator run a tighter shop, not just look nice in a deck.
In 2026 we opened a second office in Aurora, Colorado — same standard, same engineering bar, with a CMO running operations on the ground there. Two states, one playbook.
We don’t take templates. We don’t take VC money. We’re an engineer-led shop, paid by the operators we work with, and that’s how we like it.

Every number we publish has methodology and a footnote. If it can't be measured against an operator's ledger, it doesn't go in the deck.
